ISHOA Board of Directors: Call for Candidates
Applications due September 30
The ISHOA Nominating Committee invites Indian Summer Golf & Country Club homeowners to apply for a seat on the Board of Directors.
- Do you have nonprofit or other governing board experience?
- Can you listen to a variety of viewpoints, participate in collaborative discussions, and make decisions for the good of the whole?
- Do you want to have an active role in long-term planning for the Indian Summer community?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, we invite you to submit your name as a candidate for the Board of Directors. This fall, there are two open positions, each with a two-year term.
We welcome applications from homeowners who are interested in serving the community and have relevant experience to contribute. This year’s Nominating Committee members are Jeanne Johnson, Dick Garrett, and Molly Philopant.

To apply for one of the two open positions, please submit a statement of qualifications of no more than 150 words in length that includes your name, experience, and why you want to serve on the ISHOA Board of Directors.
Send your statement to no later than September 30th. Once your statement is received, a committee member will contact you to confirm receipt and answer any questions you may have.
