Don Lewis
Candidate statement
Several months ago, I was appointed to serve on the ISHOA Board, and I would like to continue as a member. I have assisted in our management transition, and I appreciate the dedication of our current board members. Serving as a volunteer to keep our neighborhood beautiful and well-maintained is time consuming, but worth every minute.
Work Experience
- State of Washington 30 years
- Utilities and Transportation Chief of Enforcement, managing the enforcement section, 9 years.
- Washington State Patrol Compliance Review Unit, 4 ½ years
- Privately-owned consulting business, 18 years
- provided expert witness testimony in criminal and in civil cases.
- conducted loss control reviews for insurance companies.
Volunteer Experience
- The Olympian Editorial Board, one year.
- Kiwanis 16 years, Board Member 2 years

William (Bill) Moseley
Candidate statement
Experience: Retired Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company executive. Served 31 years in the United States Air Force where I led organizations of over 30,000 people and budgets of over $5B. Previously served on the ISHOA Board of Directors as Treasurer for 8 1/2 years. Conceived and led efforts to develop the ISHOA Reserve Fund Investment Policy and subsequent reserve fund investment account. Currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Pearl Foundation of Puget Sound as secretary, the Military Officers Association of America as treasurer, and Delta Pi’s Executive Council as Keeper of Finance (KF) or assistant for the past 12 years.
My interest lies in the area of financial management. Developed the chapter’s first financial management policy and procedures manual, budget template, and KF report template. Processed the package to get the chapter reinstated as a 501c7 nonprofit organization.

Terry Rupp
Candidate statement
I am a candidate for the Indian Summer Board. I moved here in 2016 upon my retirement from employment with Washington State where I worked as a social worker in the field, then supervisor, trainer, program manager, subject matter expert, and testified as an expert witness for the state. That same year I also became a member of the Fairway @ 7 HOA board as Landscape Chair and am now President.
Earlier this year I was fortunate to have the opportunity to join the Indian Summer Board, which has been a wonderful experience and an opportunity to use what I have learned and apply it to the community at large.
I hope to be able to continue to be a member of a well-functioning board that is so dedicated to ensuring a safe and prosperous future.
