trestle is our New Management Company
As you know, the ISHOA Board of Directors has announced we are transitioning to a new community management firm. Effective January 1st, 2026, Trestle Community Management will be our managing agent.
Owners will have a new point of contact for community and maintenance concerns:

Alison is very excited to be working with our community and the Board of Directors.
All owners will soon receive a Welcome Letter from Trestle through US Mail and email. The letter will contain your new account number, as well as instructions on how to create a portal login and information on payment options.
** VERY IMPORTANT **
If you have ACH autopay (automatic bill pay) with our current management, please note this information will not transfer to Trestle. You will need to enroll in recurring payments through Trestle’s My-Community Portal.

MORNING & EVENING WALKS
As the days get shorter, we are seeing walkers on our streets and sidewalks wearing dark colors and without any lighting.
Walking in the dark with a flashlight makes you visible to drivers 500 feet away.
Without a light you are not visible till 55 feet away – not a good distance for reaction time!
Be safe!
Enjoy your evening walks but make always certain you can be seen by wearing light colors and/or carrying a flashlight.
